Through guided practices, self-inquiry, and nervous system regulation techniques, Somatic Yoga Therapy helps you move beyond tension and stress, cultivating a sense of peace, empowerment, and balance.
Participants would bring their yoga mat, blocks, bolsters, blanket, journal, pen, toiletries and clothing for the weekend. Anything that brings them the most comfort for a getaway! (favorite travel mug, pillow!!!) I have a few extra yoga mats and props I will be bringing so it isn’t completely mandatory for people to run out and purchase these things if they don’t have them already!
