Ten 60 Minute Somatic Yoga Therapy Coaching Sessions – Physical, Emotional, Nutritional, Spiritual (available to book online live or in person Tuesdays 5:30pm-6:30pm (MST))
Join us with a package of ten 60-minute Somatic Yoga Therapy Coaching Sessions, where we blend the calming practices of restorative, yin yoga, nutrition and meditation.
These sessions are designed to help you release tension, enhance body awareness, and cultivate a deep sense of peace and well-being.
We will begin with gentle somatic movements to connect your mind and body, encouraging you to tune into your physical sensations and emotions.
As we transition into restorative and yin postures, you’ll be supported with props to help you fully relax and surrender, allowing your body to open and release stored tension.
The session will conclude with a guided meditation to deepen your mindfulness practice and foster a sense of inner calm and balance.
Nutritional guidance assists to take the guess and stress away from this part of your journey, with pre-recorded videos outlining a variety of nutritional learning, strategies and simple goal setting techniques to easily incorporate into your daily routine! (Nutritional videos will be sent to the participant to review on your own time)

During a Trauma-Informed & Integrative Somatic Yoga Therapy Session, I will guide you through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, where you’ll experience the release of tension held in the body, cultivate resilience, and reclaim a sense of wholeness.
During a Somatic Thai Yoga Massage, I combine gentle stretching, acupressure, and energy work to release tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance to body and mind.
